Triumph Vocational Services broadens choices for Persons with Disabilities through two distinct service options:
- Triumph Pre-Employment Services
- Triumph Planning and Employment Services
These BC government-funded services offer a full range of services - from disability management and assertiveness training to career exploration and job placement. Triumph works with eligible British Columbians to discover their goals and develop the confidence to pursue them. Triumph also works with employers to discover an untapped resource of highly skilled workers who bring great benefits to business. Triumph strives to enhance the life and employability skills of Persons with Disabilities who face multiple barriers to gain independence through:
- Increased workplace understanding
- Enhanced self-understanding and self-confidence
- Improved quality of life
- Reduced levels of perceived disability
- Modified attitudes about employing Persons with Disabilities
