They helped me set up a budget that would work for my super low income and gave me some great tips on how to cut costs on everyday things. I have been out of my financial troubles for quite some time now and still use the tools and ideas that they gave me way back when I really needed them. Thanks Money Mentors! BC Hydro's procurement schedule is to issue a Request for Qualification in spring 2012 and a Request for Proposal in summer 2012. The procurement award is planned for summer 2013, with construction beginning as early as summer 2013 and lasting for about five years.
