We would suggest connecting with a legal professional with regards to whether you are bondable or not.
I do have a promise to appear in court in December for a theft, but it does not show up on a criminal record check until I make that appearance. So is it ok for me to still say I'm bondable? I am pleading guilty and have learnt from this HUGE mistake.

Hi Alisha,
Good question, our research indicates being bondable usually means you have no criminal record. However, to be certain you should check with the bonding company to see what they report. Perhaps check with the non-profit organization http://www.nomoredebts.org/ as well.
