The Canadian Federation of University Women Parksville-Qualicum (CFUW) is inviting applications for their 2012 Scholarship Awards. Seven scholarships are being offered in School District 69, including two return to school bursaries for women: $2,000 will be awarded in late July 2012 to two women from District 69 resuming their education immediately following an absence of at least two consecutive years. Candidates must be registered at an accredited Canadian school/college/university, where the award will be paid to the registrar for the 2012-2013 academic year.
