With funding from a wellness grant from Island Health the Career Centre is providing a Self-Care for Job Seekers 8-week workshop series beginning May 4! Clients interested will commit to a 2-hour workshop on Thursdays from 10:30 am-12:30 pm, May 4-June 22.  The seven sessions will start with a nutritious shake and 20-30 minute presentation on local self-care info/resources followed by a short walk to a 60 minute yoga class.
