A new program is available to 55+ job seekers! The Experience Matters! Program offers Employment Counselling, Job Entry Skills, Certificate Training, Paid Work Experience, Mentoring and Post Job Placement Support to eligible workers aged 55 and older. Employers that hire and train eligible workers 55+ and provide full time sustainable employment are eligible for a negotiated Wage Subsidy incentive up to $2800.
