2020 is the start of our 26th season on Vancouver Island. We are well known as leaders in the industry for providing the best customer experience possible, along with providing exceptionally healthy and beautiful lawns. We are constantly learning and adapting our practices to meet our customers’ needs and requests. Our employees are very well trained and present themselves as professionals and always maintain and promote our values. People come first. We understand that there must be good balance between work life and home life. Flexible hours are available during certain times of the year with paid time off during the winter months. We want our employees to feel like part of our family not just an employee.
How many employees do you have?
We require 3-4 people each year.
What do you look for in a new employee?
Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a great start. People that enjoy working outdoors and enjoy building relationships with our customers are the ones who thrive in our type of work. We hire people who want to work for Nutri-Lawn, not just those who want a job.
What advice would you give someone who wants to work for your organization?
