Self-Care for Job Seekers

This 8-week health and wellness program will introduce self-care and the importance of routine when looking for work. Weekly 2-hour sessions will include self-care information/resources, nutritional shakes and gentle yoga for physical and mental health. Meet with your Employment Consultant to learn more.
