Earlier this week Vancouver Island University (VIU) and North Island College (NIC) signed a bilateral agreement to create an easier process for students to be able to transfer to either institution.

“The Bilateral Agreement will enhance the capacity of both institutions through increased collaborative programming, seamless transfer arrangements, and greater opportunity for collaborative research initiatives and faculty professional development.”
