Interested in working in the motion picture industry? Register for a Motion Picture Industry Orientation (MPIO) workshop in Parksville January 10 & 11. This orientation is required by the different associations, guilds, and unions in order to make your entry into the industry. The cost is $170 and course topics include the structure of the BC film industry, stages of production, industry jobs, set terminology, set etiquette, basic safety, and communication skills.
