Tell us about your business/organization and what makes you stand out as an employer?
Pheasant Glen Golf Resort is an 18-hole Championship golf course catering to over 400 members as well as the public. We are currently building a new clubhouse while still offer food and beverage in a temporary indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating overlooking the golf course. We offer flexible work schedules and uniform allowance. Pheasant Glen also offers our staff golf privileges which vary with each employment agreement.
How many employees do you currently have?
20 in the off season and up 40 in the summer months
What do you look for in a new employee?
Employees should be well mannered, dress appropriately, arrive on time and can get along with others. We are a close team and network with each department regularly.
What advice would you give someone who wants to work for your organization?
Employees of Pheasant Glen are responsible for the overall experience of our members and guests. Be prepared to work outside of your department, problem solve, be punctual and be flexible with your fellow workers when it comes to shifts and accommodating others needs.
Do you anticipate hiring in the next 6 months? If so, for what types of positions?
We will be hiring in all departments starting in March.
