Moments Hospitality is a BC-based hospitality group built around the belief that shared experiences are at the heart of every community. Our restaurants are inspired by the land and sea of British Columbia, and we aim to create welcoming spaces where guests feel connected through thoughtful service, quality food, and memorable experiences.

We typically employ between 120–175 team members across our company, depending on the season and business needs.

We look for individuals who have a genuine passion for hospitality and enjoy creating positive experiences for others. A great attitude, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are qualities we value highly. Experience is always appreciated, but we also believe in investing in people who are motivated, eager to grow, and excited to be part of a collaborative team environment.
What advice would you give someone who wants to work for your organization?
We encourage anyone interested in joining our team to come in with enthusiasm, authenticity, and a strong work ethic. Hospitality is all about connecting with people, so being approachable, adaptable, and willing to learn goes a long way. We value team players who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and contributing positively to workplace culture.
Do you anticipate hiring in the next 6 months? If so, for what types of positions?
We are always looking for great people who love hospitality and are passionate about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As we continue to grow, we regularly hire for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions, including servers, hosts, bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks, and support staff.
